Jezz Wilcox began his career in the health and fitness industry in 2001, soon after he joined the team at London’s premier health club The Third Space in Soho. Since then he has and continues to help a wide range of people achieve their goals, from general exercisers and weekend warriors, to amateur and professional sportspeople alike.
His passion for the industry shines through in his diverse training techniques and eagerness to learn from the leaders in the fields of strength and conditioning, performance and wellness.
After training the winner of the Men’s Health beach body competition and writing a bespoke training routine for the readers of Cosmopolitan magazine, Jezz quickly established himself as the go to guy for rapid body transformations and continues to get results and get results fast. Most recently Jezz has been working with Gary Barlow, Ben Shephard, Denise Van Outen, & Chris Moyles in preparation for there assault on Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Comic Relief.
Jezz has had the privilege of training under world-renowned Olympic strength coach Charles Poliquin, attaining the PICP level 2 and Biosignature certification. He has also attended lectures in Toronto Canada and Phoenix Arizona, but he admits some of the best lessons continue to be from his peers and clients everyday!
